This project, completed under the Design Process module, focused on addressing a real-life communication design issue through practical and user-centered redesign.
The existing Indian Railways General Coach ticket displays essential information in a cluttered, confusing layout that is difficult for most passengers to read or interpret.
By restructuring the grid system while keeping the existing printing method intact, the ticket layout was redesigned to organize information clearly, reducing visual clutter by 90% and making the ticket significantly more user-friendly.
